We always try to encourage riders to enter any event in advance as that makes our lives so much easier when planning the day. That is why there are normally two prices per event. By entering in advance riders receive a discount of between £5.00 & £10.00 on the day entry price.
IOPD Annual licences available at £35.00
Day licences available at £10.00
(We always offer a £5.00 discount at any of our events to all TRF members in recognition of the work the TRF do to help keep our green lanes open giving us all more choice of places to ride off road).
CORE members can enter on the day at the pre entry price. (plus numerous other benefits)
Cancellation Policy
If due to unforeseen circumstances you are unable to attend an event you have pre entered and pre paid for, we are happy to refund in full up to 7 days prior to the event. However, If you wish to cancel within 7 days of an event we are unable to issue a refund, although we can always carry your entry fee forward as a credit against a future Core event.
Event Cancellation or Postponement
Should an Event be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, Core Offroad Events will endeavour to process a full refund within 7 days of such circumstances becoming known.
