- A race licence is needed in order to enter any of our races in 2024, but riders now need to purchase them direct from the IOPD in advance of any of our races
- Apologies to any dog owners but dogs are strictly forbidden at this venue at the request of the farmer.
Description
Junior Hare & Hounds Race starts at 09.15 hours (for juniors aged 8 to 15)
1 hour duration and finishes when chequered flag is shown at the finish line
Noise limit 94dB.
IMPORTANT: We no longer sell IOPD race licences at any events. Licences are now available at a cheaper rate directly from the IOPD and it would not be appropriate for us to sell licences at our events at a higher price (which we would have to do to cover our costs).
Day licences are £15.00 and an annual licence is £25.00. Direct from IOPD Website – HERE
All riders need to download and complete entry form (2 sides) and ensure they bring to the event.
Please note all under 18 year olds parent/ guardian need to complete bottom part of page 2 of entry form
Form available HERE, and will also be emailed, with final instructions, to all entrants prior to the event.
Form will also be available via CORE facebook page nearer to the event.

Once the race has finished the practice day track is available for over 10’s to ride for the rest of the day with no extra charge. Over 10’s using the practice track following the race must be accompanied by an adult. Both adult and child must wear blue bibs, these are issued at signing on for a £5.00 deposit per bib (cash only).
Under 10’s are NOT permitted on the practice track.
